Terminology

a/ The terms “website” or “platform” are used to signify the whole content of the domain adivedu.com
b/ “User information” is every piece of information, concerning a person that could be identified directly or indirectly through an identification number or one or more properties.
c/ “Processing information” is an action or of a set of actions that could be applied on the information by automatically or manually means as gathering, saving, organizing,  storing, adapting, changing, archiving, restoring, consulting, distributing, presenting, combining, blocking, deleting or destroying.
d/ “Direct marketing” means an offering of products via mail, phone or other direct way as well as indirect ways of conducting research about the offered services.

Policies

When collecting information about the users, we are doing that legally, conscientiously, and transparently; the processing is reduced to a minimum and we keep the data accurate and up to date, and we also keep only the information related to the use of our services which we keep confidential.

Purposes

We keep track and store the information about the users via the website for specific and legal means. That data will not be used for any other purposes. Adivedu collect and process data for the usage of our services, as well as when a decision is made to sign a contract as well as  the following purposes:
a/ When an account is created and the action of providing the proper functionality to the services for this account.
b/ Identification process of the user when a contract is signed or  contract is to be concluded.
c/ Sending informative messages, recommendations, information for new services, etc.
d/ Improving and personalizing the services by recommending appropriate offers that will be of interest of the user.

I. What information is collected, processed and stored and for what purposes?

We collect and process the below mentioned categories of information after receiving the user ‘s acceptance. When using the website our users voluntarily offer specific information. We request the information specifically for the services we offer.

1. User information
a/ Upon registration we collect information about the email and password. The purpose of registration process is:
i. The creation of an account, which will be used by  the user
ii. Feedback information from the user, when messages for improvement, changes, notifications about deadlines, etc need to be sent to the user.
b/ Edit of user’s account
The user has the right to add additional optional information in their account, which may include but it is not limited to: names, pictures, personal information written in free text. This information is optional and filled in voluntarily. |The acceptance of the terms and conditions and their introduction in the appropriate form have the force of consent regarding the storage and processing of this information.

International Transfer of Information Collected

Adivedu is a worldwide company and you consent to the storage, transfer or access of your personal information by Adivedu from any location in the world. This Privacy Policy is applicable in case we transfer any of your information to other countries.

How to Access and Update Your Personal Information

You can keep your personal information accurate, complete, and updated by logging in to your www.adivedu.com account.

Revision of Personal Data

Adivedu retains minimum Personal Data that is reasonable and needed in the management and maintenance of a product supplier to customer relationship. Adivedu customers may review and update their profile and subscription information on the Adivedu website customer portal.

If you have issues revising your Personal Data, send mail to support@adivedu.com and state your need and contact information for help.

Retention and Deletion of Personal Data

Adivedu will retain your Personal Data for as long as your account is active; as needed to provide you products or services; as stated in the Terms of Use agreement; as needed for the purposes outlined in this policy or at the time of collection; as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, honor UNSUBSCRIBE requests, meet financial audit requirements and enforce our agreements; or to the extent that is permitted by law.

If requested, Adivedu will delete your Personal Data in a manner that ensures your identify cannot be reconstructed or read. A deletion request may not result in the entire deletion of your data. Purchase information will be maintained for legal and financial audit purposes. Forums submissions will be retained as per the Terms of Use Agreement and your name will be removed. If you wish to remove your Personal Data, send mail to support@adivedu.com with “Subject: Remove My Personal Data” and explicitly state your need and contact information.

II. Retention period

The information is processed and stored as long as the user’s account is active.

III. Sharing personal information with third parties

Adivedu.com doesn’t sell, lease or share personal user information with third parties.

IV. Security

We have undertaken specific technical, legal and organizational measures to protect personal user‘s data. We are using SSL protocols to make sure data is not compromised. We do not share information with third parties apart from when a delivery of a service has to be made.

V. Declaration

We do not request, store or process information about racialor ethnic origin; political, religious or philosophical beliefs; membership in trade unions; genetic and biometric data; data on health status, as well as data on sexual life or sexual orientation. We do not transfer information to third countries.

VI. Commercials

Currently we do not use the information for advertisement. However, by accepting the terms and conditions you agree that we can use the data for the following means:
a/ Including the rating of the user and their opinion shared in marketing researches via electronic means like email.
b/ Sending notifications about courses, lessons, products, services, etc. to all devices.
c/ Any other means for direct marketing.
d/ Personalizations and sending personalized advertisements based on the user‘s preferences.
e/ Sending non-personalized advertisements. The user can receive information for current courses, products, services and other advertisement notifications.

VII. Use of Cookies

Cookies are used by us occasionally. In their nature Cookies are small text files that can be used by a web site to identify/recognize a repeat visitor to the web site. Cookies may be used by us for variable reasons, including:

Google Analytics is used to evaluate your use of the Site, compile reports on activity, and provide other services relating to Internet usage. This is a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc.
