1. Subject of the Website

Adivedu is an educational website that offers original educational resources, including printed workbooks, worksheets, digital resources, tests, lessons, and other learning materials.

The resources are intended for educational purposes and may be used by parents, students, teachers, kindergartens, after-school centers, educational centers, and other individuals or organizations working with children and students.

The content of the website is educational and informational in nature. Adivedu makes efforts to ensure that the materials are accurate, useful, and up to date, but does not guarantee the achievement of a specific educational result, as this depends on the individual work, age, preparation, and consistency of the learner.

2. Use of the Website

Users have the right to browse the content of the website, place orders, purchase products, and use the provided resources in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

The user undertakes to use the website in good faith and only for lawful purposes. The website may not be used in a manner that could disrupt its normal operation, compromise the security of the system, or infringe the rights of Adivedu or the rights of other users and third parties.

Any attempt to gain unauthorized access to parts of the website, user profiles, content, databases, servers, or other information that is not publicly available is prohibited.

3. Registration and User Profile

Registration is required in order to use the resources, including access to tests, digital resources, or other materials.

When registering, the user provides accurate and up-to-date information, including an email address and password. The email address serves as the user’s identification, and the password is personal and should not be shared with other persons.

The user is responsible for protecting the login details for their profile. In case of suspected unauthorized access, the user should promptly notify Adivedu.

The information provided during registration is used to provide access to the resources, process orders, communicate with the user, and fulfill legal obligations.

4. Access Without Registration

Part of the content on the website may be accessible without registration. Adivedu has the right, at its discretion, to change, limit, or terminate access to free content whenever necessary.

The right of access without registration may be revoked, limited, or changed at any time by Adivedu, with such revocation, limitation, or change taking effect from the day it is made, without the need for prior notice or any consent from or to the users.

5. Online Resources and Digital Content

Adivedu provides access to online resources, tests, lessons, PDF files, interactive exercises, video materials, digital worksheets, and other electronic educational resources.

Access to online resources may be free or paid, one-time or for a specific period of time, depending on the terms stated on the page of the respective resource.

The user receives access to the purchased digital content in the manner described on the website — through a user profile.

Access to online resources is personal and may not be provided, resold, shared, or transferred to other persons.

Copying, recording, distributing, publishing, forwarding, reselling, or providing digital content to third parties without the prior written consent of Adivedu is prohibited.

Adivedu has the right to restrict or terminate access to an online resource in the event of established misuse, account sharing, distribution of content, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

6. Printed Educational Resources

The website may offer printed workbooks, books, activity books, sets of educational materials, and other physical products.

A description of each product, including content, purpose, age group, format, price, and availability, is published on the respective product page.

Adivedu reserves the right to change product descriptions, prices, availability, and content, provided that such changes do not affect already confirmed orders.

7. Orders

An order may be placed through the order form on the website.

When placing an order, the user must provide accurate and up-to-date information necessary for processing the order, payment, delivery, and issuing a document.

The order is considered accepted after confirmation by Adivedu or after successful payment, when the product is paid for online.

Adivedu has the right to contact the user to clarify details, payment method, delivery, or product availability.

8. Prices and Payment Method

The prices of the resources are stated on the respective pages of the website.

Adivedu reserves the right to change prices, provided that such changes do not affect already confirmed orders.

Payment may be made through the methods indicated in the order form on the website.

For paid online resources or subscriptions, the access period begins from the moment of successful payment.

8.1. Payment by Bank Card

The Adivedu website accepts online payments by bank card through a virtual POS terminal provided by UniCredit Bulbank AD.

The following types of bank cards are accepted:

  • Visa;
  • Visa Electron, provided that the card is enabled for online payments;
  • Mastercard;
  • Maestro, provided that the card is enabled for online payments.

Payments are made in euros. Where payment is made using a card issued in a currency other than the euro, currency conversion is carried out by the card-issuing bank in accordance with its terms and conditions and the applicable exchange rate.

To complete the payment, the customer is redirected to the secure payment page of the servicing bank. Bank card details are entered exclusively within the bank’s secure payment environment and are not stored by the website owner.

Depending on the card-issuing bank and its applicable rules, additional payment confirmation may be required through 3D Secure, a one-time password, a mobile application, or another authentication method.

The order shall be deemed successfully paid once confirmation of a successfully completed card transaction has been received.

In the event of a declined transaction, the customer should verify the details entered, the available balance and any restrictions applicable to the card, or contact the card-issuing bank.

Where the right to withdraw from an order is exercised, an order is cancelled, or another ground arises for refunding an amount paid by bank card, the refund shall be made exclusively by means of a credit transaction to the same bank card used for the original payment.

9. Delivery of Printed Resources

Printed resources are delivered by courier service, parcel locker, or another delivery method specified by Adivedu.

The delivery time depends on product availability, the user’s location, the selected delivery method, and the terms of the courier company.

The delivery price is indicated before the order is finalized.

The user should inspect the shipment upon receipt. In case of visible damage to the packaging or product, it is advisable to prepare a report with the courier and notify Adivedu within a short period of time.

10. Right of Withdrawal

The user has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the physical product, without giving any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the user must send a clear statement to Adivedu at the contact email address provided.

The returned product must be in preserved commercial condition, without signs of use, damage, missing parts, broken integrity, or other circumstances that reduce its value.

The costs of returning the product are borne by the user, unless otherwise agreed or unless the return is due to an error by Adivedu.

After receiving the returned product and checking its condition, Adivedu refunds the amount paid using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless the parties have agreed otherwise.

10.1. Refunds for Payments Made by Bank Card

Where the right to withdraw from an order is exercised, an order is cancelled, or another ground for refunding an amount paid by bank card arises, the refund shall be made exclusively by means of a credit transaction to the same bank card used for the original payment.

Amounts paid by bank card shall not be refunded in cash, by cash on delivery, to another bank card, or to a bank account specified by the customer.

The time required for the refunded amount to be credited to the customer’s card account depends on the card-issuing bank and the rules of the relevant card scheme.

11. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Resources and Paid Online Content

Paid online content, including tests, interactive exercises, PDF files, electronic materials, video lessons, digital worksheets, and other online resources, is accessed after registration and successful payment.

The user agrees that access to the purchased digital content will be provided immediately after successful payment. After the access is activated and/or the use of the content begins, the user loses the right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with Article 57, item 13 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act.

For the purpose of proving the provided access and the use of paid content, Adivedu may store technical information, including the date and time of purchase, the date and time of access activation, the date and time of first use of the content, as well as data regarding access to the relevant online resource.

After access to the purchased digital content has been provided, the amount paid is not refundable, except in cases of a technical problem, inability to provide access due to a fault of Adivedu, incorrect charging, or another ground provided by law.

12. Complaints

The user has the right to file a complaint in case of non-conformity of the received resource with the order, a manufacturing defect, damage, or another problem related to the quality of the resource.

A complaint is submitted to the contact email address provided, describing the problem and, where possible, attaching photos or other evidence.

Adivedu reviews the complaint and offers an appropriate solution depending on the specific case — replacement of the resource, resolving the problem, refunding the amount, or another solution in accordance with the applicable law.

In case of a problem with access to an online resource, the user should contact Adivedu, stating the email address used for registration and purchase, as well as a description of the problem.

13. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All texts, exercises, images, educational materials, PDF files, online resources, tests, videos, designs, graphic elements, and other materials published on the website or included in Adivedu products are subject to copyright, unless expressly stated otherwise.

The purchase of a printed product, digital resource, or other material does not transfer any copyright over the content.

Copying, scanning, photographing, reprinting, publishing online, distributing, reselling, providing to third parties, or using the materials to create derivative products without the prior written consent of Adivedu is prohibited.

The materials may be used for personal educational work or within educational activities, provided that this does not violate copyright and the terms of use.

When materials are used by teachers, after-school centers, kindergartens, educational centers, or other organizations, copying and distributing the content beyond the purchased or provided access is not permitted.

14. Content Created by Third Parties

If courses, lessons, or other materials created by third parties are published on the website, the author of the respective content is indicated on the page of the product or resource.

18. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
